I found Hi-Yo Silver in a list of names on the copyright record, but no description like the King of the Mounties . . . not sure what that means . . .

I'm sorry, but it has been so long since I have posted to the archive that I have forgotten how to read the copyright record. Are you both saying that these were renewed? Is that what the R423834 means in Hi Yo Silver?

Video-Cellar is showing that HI-YO SILVER's copyright was renewed in 1967. It is not in the public domain.

K. of Mounties according to Corny pop shows no renewal and supports serialsquadron's claim to PD status. It's ok to post. Surprise that alpha did not release a copy.

Didn't films have to be renewed in their 28th year? The Renewal for HiYoSilver is only 27 years. Could that make the renewal invalid?
